The Guidant Story
Guidant Power brings together established companies with deep roots in electrical safety, reliability, testing, and training. We’ve been in the field for decades, helping prevent incidents, reduce downtime, and keep people safe. We serve as a trusted guide in a high-risk, high-complexity environment, giving customers clarity across NFPA 70E and 70B, arc flash studies and labeling, training, testing, maintenance cycles, documentation, and renewals.
History
Guidant Power was formed in 2024 when Rozel and BCH Safety, two respected names in electrical safety services and training, joined forces to fulfill a broader vision. The goal was simple: deliver a higher standard of electrical risk management and reliability support across more services, more geographies, and more customer needs.
Both companies earned their reputations the hard way on the nation’s job sites, in electrical rooms, through commissioning projects, and in training environments where mistakes are expensive and sometimes catastrophic. That real-world experience shaped a shared belief that strong electrical safety and reliability are not a one-time project. It is a program that must be built, maintained, and renewed over the long term.
By coming together as Guidant Power, we help customers reduce the friction that often comes from juggling multiple vendors and engagements. Instead of piecing together studies, labels, training, testing, and maintenance from different providers in different regions, customers can work with a coordinated, nationwide team that understands how these commitments are connected and sustained.
Today, the Guidant Power family has grown to include specialists like Monroe Infrared, Mitchell & Lindsey, and Morrow Engineering, expanding our ability to support customers across the full lifecycle of electrical safety and reliability, from compliance and studies to training, testing, preventive maintenance, and condition-based monitoring.

We Are Built to Grow
We partner with founder-led firms that want to grow faster with less risk and more upside, while protecting what made their company great in the first place. Many of our partners are not looking to step away. They are looking for a bigger stage, with the support and shared resources to focus on customers, people, and craft.
If you are exploring what is next, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
