1. What is the hiring process like?
Our hiring process typically includes an initial application review, a phone or video interview with our talent team, and a follow-up conversation with the manager of the department for which you are applying. At Guidant, we like to move fast, and we value good talent so we are committed to a transparent and communicative process.
2. How will I be trained?
While it depends on the role and the candidate’s level of industry and functional experience, we facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process that includes shadowing an experienced Guidant team member, exposure to senior leadership and regular check-ins to ensure you are receiving the support needed to excel as a member of our team.
We take a continuous improvement approach in everything we do and constantly improve our processes based on your feedback!
3. What career growth opportunities are available?

Some roles, like Arc Flash Data Collectors and Electrical Safety Trainers, involve regular travel to customer sites, while others are more office-based or remote. Travel expectations vary by position and will be discussed during the hiring process.
