Rozel was founded by Adam Brooks and Jeff Kershner as a full-service electrical safety firm, originally running both inspections and training in-house. As the company grew, Rozel engaged Brian Hall (BCH Electrical Consulting, also part of the Guidant Power family) as a dedicated training contractor, allowing Rozel to double down on inspections while still delivering end-to-end solutions.

Rozel built its reputation on two strengths: fast turnaround and the ability to execute complex, multi-site projects nationwide for single customers, working closely with corporate oversight teams managing many locations. That model enabled large-scale growth, including servicing hundreds of sites across multiple states in a year, with projects ranging from DC during “snowmageddon” to major factories and NYC rooftops.

In 2024, Rozel joined Guidant Power, expanding resources and reach while preserving its quick-response, multi-location expertise and strengthening the combined inspection + training offering with BCH.
