BCH Electrical Consulting was founded in 2016 by Brian Hall while he worked at Perry Nuclear Power Plant, after he saw a clear need to improve electrical safety in industrial environments. What started as a side training effort around Cleveland quickly became a full-time mission.

Hall’s credibility came from deep field and training leadership experience: running electrical safety and technical training aligned to OSHA 1910.269 and NFPA 70E, developing corporate safety procedures, and managing electrical maintenance at a 1,200 MW plant—plus earlier work leading multi-craft and preventive maintenance programs in heavy industry. BCH earned a strong reputation for practical, relatable instruction backed by disciplined program design, reflected in consistent 5-star student feedback.

In 2024, BCH joined Guidant Power. Hall now serves as Lead Electrical Safety Instructor, based in Cleveland, delivering arc-flash safety, risk assessment, and compliance training nationwide, while expanding BCH’s curriculum and consulting impact through Guidant (and strengthening collaboration with Rozel).
