Bobby leads Guidant Power's healthcare electrical safety practice, bringing deep expertise in arc flash risk assessments, electrical safety training, and electrical testing to one of the most demanding environments in the industry.


With more than 30 years of experience in electrical preventive maintenance and safety services, Bobby has built and led organizations focused on protecting critical infrastructure — from his early work as an Infrared Thermographer to founding Dyna Scan Technical Services and co-owning Mitchell & Lindsey, LLC.


Bobby holds an Electrical Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Louisville and is a Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP). He is committed to helping healthcare organizations achieve electrical safety and reliability that matches the standard of care they deliver to patients.
